BID PROCESS DEBRIEF

Assembling a quality competitive bid or tender is a high pressure, high stakes process. Our client needed to investigate what went well, and identify opportunities for process improvement from a costly experience. Following in-depth interviews and analysis, we presented findings and recommendations to executive leadership. Our process surfaced 'undiscussables' safely, as participants shared their perspectives.

IDENTIFYING BARRIERS TO CHANGE

Game-changing strategy needs superb execution.  Our client sought to understand internal barriers to implementing an ambitious new strategy. We took a deep dive into company history, culture, systems and processes, to identify the key cultural, technical and political barriers to change. The outcome was a comprehensive report and recommendations to enable nuanced transformation planning.

Senior leaders were divided over the future direction of an innovative but struggling business unit.  We interviewed key stakeholders to provide a neutral listening ear, and analysed and organised findings to better inform debate and decision making.

EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCES OF OLDER WORKERS

Investigating employment experiences of older workers through a five-year study funded by the Australian Research Council, a joint project between the Australian National University, Macquarie University, and University of Western Australia. We provide participant recruitment and interview services, and develop stakeholder communications.
