For academic projects, we provide systematic literature review support, participant recruitment and interviewing, database and query design services.
BID PROCESS DEBRIEF
Assembling a quality competitive bid or tender is a high pressure, high stakes process. Our client needed to investigate what went well, and identify opportunities for process improvement from a costly experience. Following in-depth interviews and analysis, we presented findings and recommendations to executive leadership. Our process surfaced 'undiscussables' safely, as participants shared their perspectives.
IDENTIFYING BARRIERS TO CHANGE
Game-changing strategy needs superb execution. Our client sought to understand internal barriers to implementing an ambitious new strategy. We took a deep dive into company history, culture, systems and processes, to identify the key cultural, technical and political barriers to change. The outcome was a comprehensive report and recommendations to enable nuanced transformation planning.
BUSINESS UNIT EFFECTIVENESS
Senior leaders were divided over the future direction of an innovative but struggling business unit. We interviewed key stakeholders to provide a neutral listening ear, and analysed and organised findings to better inform debate and decision making.
EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCES OF OLDER WORKERS
Investigating employment experiences of older workers through a five-year study funded by the Australian Research Council, a joint project between the Australian National University, Macquarie University, and University of Western Australia. We provide participant recruitment and interview services, and develop stakeholder communications.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT EDUCATION: DATA PREPARATION & ANALYSIS
Data collation, database creation and analysis to support a research project in change management education. Project Lead: Professor Richard Badham, Maquarie Business School.
